Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, company, role, industry, client types, market and deal details you share through forms, membership applications or conversations with Avery.
• AI conversations: the text, voice and, if you turn on your camera, video of your conversations with Avery, plus transcripts and summaries.
• Usage data: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring links and similar data collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Member data: referral and deal-tracking information you enter into Nolodex, our member platform.

Our AI advisor, Avery

Avery is an artificial intelligence, not a person. Avery is powered by third-party AI and video-avatar providers (such as Tavus) that process your conversation on our behalf so Avery can answer questions and suggest which membership may fit you.

• Conversations may be recorded, transcribed and stored to provide the service, follow up with you and improve our offerings.
• Your camera and microphone are only used if you choose to turn them on.
• Avery's suggestions are informational. Membership decisions are made by our team, not by AI alone.
• Please don't share sensitive information (such as health, financial account or government ID numbers) with Avery.
• We do not allow our AI providers to use your conversations to train their general models where we can control this through our agreements.

How we use information

• To respond to you, review applications and match you with the right community.
• To run memberships, chapter meetings, events, and referral tracking and compensation.
• To send updates and marketing (you can unsubscribe any time).
• To secure, maintain and improve the website and our services.
• To meet legal obligations.

How we share information

• Service providers such as hosting, email, analytics, AI and video-avatar providers, and Nolodex, who act on our instructions.
• Other members, only to the extent you choose to share (for example, your profile or a referral).
• Legal and safety reasons, or in a merger, sale or similar business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other US states, the EU and the UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to withdraw consent.
